This month, at Liga de Deportes, the kids practiced Karate! After some awesome drills with a karate professional, the kids had snack time and then a chance to exercise or play games. The trivia focused on dental health, with toothpaste and toothbrushes awarded to those who could answer the questions correctly! And the child who displayed the best participation throughout the day, got to take home a VE water bottle.
